About me

I am a geographer, geologist and former university professor with extensive travel experience (eight provinces, 39 states, and over 25 countries on four continents). I have been organising and leading educational outings, field trips, as well as scientific expeditions in Canada and abroad for over 20 years.

As a lifelong learner, I am passionate about the arts, architecture, culture, geopolitical issues, local food,  history, and natural scenery. I have been involved with choirs for several years now (I even married a conductor!), making me well attuned to the needs of choirs both before and during performances.
